Yeah, thats right. GTA IV is fully moddable, the files system is just like GTA-SA one. So with minor changes is possible to use modified handling lines, models, skins, well, everything. These are great news, since Hot Coffee no one was sure about modding GTA future games. Talking about Hot Coffee, it seems that the people in Rockstar is laughing about it now, among all the references that they have put in the game, one of them is a sign saying Hot Coffee Shop. Funny isn't it? Maybe even ironic. An interesting thing is that the game is beeing sold earlier (damn Greed). So a lot of people are getting the game right now, but they can't play until december 2nd (the release date) because of DRM activation. And for everybody's amusement, I've managed to get my hands on some of GTA-IV's files.
P.S. To see the file properly, save then to your pc and open with the notepad.

É verdade, GTA IV eh completamente modificável, o sistema de arquivos é igual ao do GTA-SA. Então com menores mudanças é possível usar handlings modificadas, modelos, skins, qualquer coisa. Essas são ótimas notícias, desde o Hot Coffee ninguém tinah certeza se seria possível modificar os futuros jogos da serie GTA. Falando do Hot Coffee, aparentemente o pessoal na Rockstar está rindo sobre isso agora, dentre todas as referências presentes no jogo, uma delas é uma sign dizendo Hot Coffee Shop. Engraçado, não? Talvez até irônico. Uma coisa interessante é que o jogo está sendo vendido antes (maldita Ambição). Então muitas pessoas estão comprando o jogo agora, mas eles não podem jogar até o dia 2 de dezembro (data do lançamento) por causa da ativação do DRM. E para a diversão de todos, eu consegui colocar minhas mãos em alguns arquivos do GTA IV.
